Mission Statement

 

Historically home buyers have been under-represented when working with Realtors who also work for sellers. We work only for the buyer and never for the seller and our mission is:

 

- to promote and represent only the best interest of the home buyer in every transaction;

 

- to negotiate agreements of purchase and sale that favor the home buyer and offer maximum protection for his or her investment;

 

- to leave no stone unturned in our investigations to ensure there are never any unpleasant surprises for the home owner which due diligence ought to uncover.
